Summary: Disappointed that the hot tub and pool was out of service. So far my stays in Wisconsin have been disappointing!

Summary: We were not aware that the pool and Jacuzzi were non-operational. Which is one of the main reasons for staying there. However, they gave us one night free. They also need to put more signage out as we had difficulty locating the property.

Summary: Kids pool was out of service. Only had one breakfast attendant and he couldn’t keep up with demand. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work and had to be replaced.

Summary: There was an issue with our booking but the staff went above and beyond to rectify the problem. I was very impressed with the customer service we received. The building itself is a bit dated but the price is great for what you get and it’s in a nice area close to a lot of shops and restaurants in town.

Summary: Fire alarm went off at 1:30 am but there was little communication among staff about what was going on, so I left in the middle of the night.

Summary: Room keys did not work entire stay. Hard to get help at front desk as no one was there much of the time. Was told no more clean towels in the hotel when I asked for a couple as we had six people to our room and only 3 in the room. Hotel was in need of repairs. Pool was nice. Hot tub closed as it was not working. Breakfast was ok. Prices were reasonable but probably would choose somewhere else next time.
